Project Management


Roughly 90% of root causes for projects-gone-astray is insufficient or neglected project initiation. The prolonged planning is not comfortable for the impatient, but is a confirmed outcome, again and again.

Therefore, we will clarify - based on the initial situation - objectives, deliverables, business case, roles / responsibilities, stakeholder expectations and further framing conditions with the project sponsor (and project manager). Together with the project team we will develop the overall approach, project plan, milestones, risk management and communication requirements. During project execution, we ensure regular status assessments and the involvement of the project sponsor according to his/her wish. When closing projects, it is important to us that we secure lessons learnt, create a structured hand over and a motivating project workshop, that frees energy for upcoming projects. If required, we will adhere to PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA requirements.

However difficult the project environment may be, with us all hands will be on deck to fulfill the project mission, achieving project success will 'feel' easier and be designed to sustain.
